Charles D. Brown II
About one year ago, I joined UC Berkeley as a postdoc in the Stamper-Kurn group. This is a great group of students and postdocs led by an incredible scientist and an overall awesome person. I’ve been given the opportunity to learn a new research field — quantum simulation with ultracold atoms — and to build a new experiment from scratch, an invaluable experience. I can’t wait to see what lays ahead for our research group here at Cal, and for me as a hopeful future professor!
